I didn’t realise it was going to happen so quickly. I must be very popular right now!!
A RAK!!! When will I get to 1000 Hits on my blog January 30, 2008
I am at 961 at the moment. I want to celebrate by giving a RAK for who ever guesses closest to the correct day that I will hit 1000 visits to my blog. When commenting please let me know whether you would prefer a digi or paper scrapping RAK.
Happy times and some not so good news January 29, 2008
Just checked the DET Scavenger Hunt forum for week one and to my amazement I have won a page to be scrapped by one of the current Digital Elite Team Members Lynette (FormbyGirl) Now the hard part is choosing what photos to send to her.
By the way I didn’t make the Creative Team at Faith Sisters (will try again though in April when they have their next call)

Quick question January 24, 2008
When you access my blog is it slow to load or not? I find it is very slow to load and am wondering if it is just me or it is everyone.
Tutorial Feedback wanted January 24, 2008
Since I am new with creating tutorials I would like to ask a few questions.
Are they useful?
What topics would you like future tutorials to be on?
Are the tutorials detailed enough/or do they not have enough detail in them?
Are the photos detailed enough?
Tutorial: Selective Coloring of Photos January 23, 2008
Here is my 1st tutorial on how to selectively color your photos. Feel free to ask me any questions. Please note that I use Photoshop Elements 6 so the screenshots may look different in other programs. If you would like to learn how to do it in Photoshop and above here is a link to Kimberley’s blog
Step 1: Open Photo
Step 2: Duplicate photo by right clicking in the layers palette and selecting duplicate layer
Step 3: Turn top layer to black & white by going Enhance then Convert to Black & White (Play around in this area if you wish)
Step 4: Making sure you are on the black and white layer, use an appropriate sized eraser to erase the parts of the image you wish to have in color.
Step 5: Right click on either layer in the layers palette and click merge layers.
